One of her biggest dreams was to open a Brazilian kitchen. Now Val’s Brazilian Cuisine and Take–Out Restaurant is the realization of that goal. It translates Val’s love for preparing her native cuisine into an opportunity to introduce her culinary specialties to a whole new audience.

Since arriving in Arizona from her native Brazil (via New Jersey), she’s been encouraged to expand beyond the exclusive catered event to make her epicurean delicacies available to all. This then is that opportunity; the realization of a dream. We take great pride and joy in being able to serve you and your family and truly hope that you enjoy savoring our cuisine as much as we delight in presenting it.

Along with introducing you to a new taste experience, Val’s buffet offers you a new way to experience it. We encourage you to take as much or as little as you like to suit your appetite. You will be charged by the weight instead of by the plate. Apart from our buffet, other of our featured treats are individually priced. Either way, you can be sure that both our prices and our food are always appealing.
